Day 358

Twas the night before Christmas...

We had Christmas with my dad and stepmother today before going to church for the Christmas Eve service.

Day 357

Took the kiddos to Bass Pro tonight to see Santa. Have to admit that I'm a sucker for a free picture, but we had to wait in line and were shuffled in and out of Santa's lap pretty quickly so next year we may opt for the mall again. But Bailey got her moment to tell the Big Guy what she wanted- a dark pink camera! (Luckily Santa was able to find one!!!)

Day 356

Little Max is 4 months old!!!

Here's some highlights of Max's life right now!

• weighs 13 pounds, 9 ounces and is 24 3/4 inches long


• had his first Christmas


• loves taking a bath and splashing in the tub


• rolling over both ways


• loves standing up (with help, of course)


• almost sitting up by himself


• it plagued by teething and constant spit up (BOOOOO!!!)

We were very surprised to see where our silly elf Guillermo was this morning. He had strapped himself onto Daddy's remote control racecar (David got this as an office gift exchange gift and I can guarantee that this was the perfect gift for us.) Bailey had a little bit of success driving it herself, however she really liked it when Daddy drove it through her legs and chased her around! Guillermo had a wild ride! Max liked it too- Izzie, not so much!
