Day 281

Went to a Sip and See today for the precious baby boy of one of my oldest friends. Bailey was super-excited to find Baby Thomas's big sister Elyse there to play with. Here they are sharing one of their favorite pasttimes, reading books!

Day 280

Finally getting around to accomplishing some of those things that I've pinned on Pinterest. Quite an accomplishment since I'm currently the ONLY person in my house who is not sick!!!

Day 277

Bailey in Grandma's "Tickle Monster Gloves." If you don't have or haven't read the book, "The Tickle Monster" by Josie Bisset (Jane from Melrose Place), you've got to check it out. It's super cute and comes with these great Tickle Monster Gloves.

Day 276

"Baileyism" for the day- "Look Mommy, Baby Max is growing a tongue!"

Day 275

Lazy Sunday!

Day 274

Max made his big debut at the Louisiana Tech football game this weekend. What a way to celebrate his 6 week birthday! I was so proud that he did so well. He actually slept through most of the game. Too bad our team didn't bring their A-game. AND too bad mom brought the camera, but not the memory card. Thank goodness for the iphone!

Bailey's favorite part- ice cream!!!

Bailey and our mascot Tech XX

Watching the Band of Pride

All 4 Doyal Dawgs!!!

Day 273

Our dear friends from Slidell, Andrew and Lisa, came in this weekend for the Tech game. Like true Bulldawg fans, they brought their 3 month old baby Lillian and she and Max had a weekend date. Here they are trying to keep some distance from each other.

Day 272

Well, today I figured that it's close enough to October to get out the Halloween decorations! Bailey found an old, sheer piece of fabric and walked around in it like a ghost. Now she's convinced that this is going to be her Halloween costume. Hate to rain on her parade, but Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz will be much cuter!

Day 271

Last weekend, David and about 10 of his friends/family members worked on building our new shop. In 3 days they went from this...

to this...

I knew my husband was very handy, but this really surpassed my expectations! Today the roofers came and roofed the building. This enormous building will allow us to FINALLY get the tools out of the "Cucci Room" so we can finish it. YAY!!!
