So my kid suckered me into buying her a princess magazine at the store today. Whatever. Anyway, inside the magazine they showed an example of how to make a princess tiara with cardstock and glitter. This, of course, was right up my little one's (and my own) alley. So I got the supplies, cut out the tiara, and asked her what kind of shapes she wanted to make with the glitter (hearts, diamonds, circles, etc.) Well, Bailey being Bailey declared that she wanted two dinosaurs and a kitty cat. So here's what I came up with. Don't be looking for these on etsy anytime soon!!!

Silence is golden! Especially when you have a little one running around.

However, sometimes silence can also mean trouble. Especially when it's followed by a phrase such as "Mommy, look what I did!"

In this case, it was get into Mommy's makeup drawer and have an eyeshadow party.

These pictures do not in any way do Bailey's handiwork justice- this dark brown/gray eyeshadow was EVERYWHERE! But she was so proud of herself and insisted on leaving it on to show Daddy!

Pool Party!

We have had such a great week spending time with family. My step-sister, her husband, and their 3 kids came in from Colorado and Bailey soaked up every minute of it! We went to a friend's pool today and the kids had a blast. Here's a few pics of B and her precious cousins!
